Certified Personal Trainer
We are professional, agile, and customer-centric. We hope to license 200 Strom Fitness locations by 2025 and integrate our system into public schools as a non-profit service.

- Coach daily workouts modify workouts for people with special needs
- Get paid to do free consultations, fitness evaluations, and weekly weigh-ins.
- Arrive 10 minutes before class for set up and check-in.
- Maintain online scheduling accuracy, daily computer access, text messaging, and email correspondence required.
- Promote our company and its programs throughout the community.
- Attend occasional phone conference calls.
- Option to participate in photoshoots and video shoots to promote Strom trainers and the Strom Fitness brand.
- Record and MANAGE your accurate availability online for time off, vacations, etc.
- Ability to adapt and react to all situations in a patient and professional manner.
- Act as an ambassador in the community for Las Vegas Athletic Clubs, Strom Fitness, and the healthy lifestyle we promote.
- Provide a motivating environment by developing a team atmosphere.
- Ensure that all guests and Strom trainers follow Las Vegas Athletic Club & Strom Fitness membership rules at all times.
- Discuss problems, concerns, questions, and issues with your supervisor immediately.
- FOR BEST RESULTS Wear Strom Fitness gear and use Strom business cards and signup forms.
- Receive instant emails for ALL new web login leads and the locations and times they are interested in for immediate follow-up, booking, and closing.
- The only catch, must be able to sync and manage your availability for Strom Fitness to book free consultations and clients for you in the windows of time you manage from your phone because customers may conveniently book online, or call the Strom Fitness office for appointments, classes, and consultation. Allow buffer time around your other commitments and set and change your hours on your phone.
Job Requirements
- CPR/AED Certified
- Completion of Strom Personal Training Fitness training program by attending free personal training sessions with Strom Trainers, watching training videos, and passing practical and written exams (You may petition your primary Certification to use the Strom Fitness manual as CE credit hours).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience coaching or teaching group exercises preferred
- Daily computer access to the internet to view your appointments and customer and staff alerts such as new client safety info or skill level.
- Track attendance with our proprietary online schedule to get paid every week for 1099 independent contractors.
- Background check and metro scope check, add us on as additional insured to general liability policy 1M (about $25 a month including your policy), and sign pay structure agreement and non-compete for the clients we serve up for the team.

Pay: $50.00 – $240.00 per hour
- $20 per head for semi-private/classes
- $30 per half-hour private
- $50 for a 55-minute lift or stretch private
- $100 for specialized sports-specific independent contractors
- This offer is only for independent contractors that have access to a gym in Las Vegas, Nevada, or with a lease or home gym access to conduct their lessons.
- For example, LVAC rent is $620/mo (advertising on their website included) plus general liability insurance (about $25/mo).
- You have to add Carol Strom as an additional insured and any company that she dispatches you to, LVAC, Caesar’s Palace, MGM/Mirage, etc., or the HOA home gym management company.
- Some HOAs do not allow this, such as Allure, because they have had problems with disruptive Facetime live broadcasting. No tripods are allowed at any of the establishments. In this situation, we will have to obtain written permission from the HOA if we have a training request to ensure that they are a resident. We have to be respectful because the concierge and management companies ask us to staff their masterplanned communities.
- $100 for IN-HOME (two-hour booking window). No rent is required.
- $100 for Virtual Training. Colored dumbbells are preferred for visibility and demonstration purposes on camera (available on our Amazon store).
Expected hours: 1 – 40 per week
